Like our popular Flick style, the Infinity ring is designed to sit beautifully alongside a straight wedding ring. -  This avoids the need for a fitted wedding ring.


We start by selecting the stone. It might be a diamond,   sapphire, ruby, or whatever gem you prefer.


With stone shapes like oval, marquise or pear-shape, you can choose the angle at which you would like placed. It could be set horizontally across the finger, vertically along the finger, or at a diagonal angle which gives a pleasing asymmetric effect.

It might be a diamond,  a sapphire, a ruby, or whatever gem you prefer.


Most customers opt for a GIA certificated diamond.  - We can source a selection of suitable stones for you to choose from.

  • What is an Infinity ring?

    The Infinity ring is a contemporary engagement ring  style by UK jewellery designer Andrew Leggett.  It is  available from Aurum designer-jewellers,  in West Sussex



    A ribbon of precious metal wraps around your finger  and hugs the stone in a continuous line, on and on forever symbolising infinity. – Highly appropriate for an engagement ring!


    Each Infinity ring is individually designed and made on a one-off basis, so you won’t see anyone else wearing one exactly the same as yours.  Because of the fluidity of the Infinity style, it works best with round brilliant-cut stones and any of the “soft” fancy shapes such as oval, marquise or pearshape or trilliant. It does not really suit straight-sided cuts such as princess-cut, emerald-cut or asscher-cut so if you prefer a more angular design, take a look at our page on Unique Engagement Rings.

    Each one is created for a particular person, taking into account their personal style, the kind of jewellery they usually wear, stature, size of hand, skin colouring and of course budget.




  • What is the cost of an Infinity ring?

    Every Infinity ring is unique, so prices are calculated individually.


    Each Infinity ring is designed and made for a particular person, taking into account their personal preferences and their individual budget.


    The price of any ring we make is determined by the cost of materials and labour that go into it. 


    We need to know the weight of gold or platinum, so we first need the exact dimensions. 


    The diamond will  probably make up a large proportion of the over-all cost, so we need to know the size and quality of the stone. 


    Alternatively we can start with the budget  and then work out what size of stone will be possible.
